Kathmandu Sightseeing & Trek Preparation
Visit Swayambhunath and Boudhanath, followed by pre-trek preparation.

Fly to Lukla • Trek to Phakding
Scenic flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding. Approx. 3.5 hours.

DAY
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Trek through pine forest, suspension bridges and Sagarmatha National Park to Namche Bazaar. Approx. 5 hours.

Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
Acclimatization day with a short hike or exploration of Namche Bazaar.

DAY
Namche to Thyangboche
Trek along the Dudh Koshi to Thyangboche and visit the monastery. Approx. 5 hours.

Thyangboche to Dingboche
Trek via Debuche and Pangboche to Dingboche at 4,360m. Approx. 5 hours.

Chhukung Valley Acclimatization Hike
Hike through the Imja Khola Valley to Chhukung and return to Dingboche. Approx. 4 hours.

Dingboche to Lobuche
Trek along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier to Lobuche. Approx. 4 hours.

Everest Base Camp
Trek to Everest Base Camp at 5,365m and return to Gorakshep. Approx. 6 hours.

Kalapatthar to Pheriche
Early hike to Kalapatthar at 5,545m for Himalayan panoramas, then descend to Pheriche. Approx. 5 hours.

Pheriche to Kyangzoma
Descend via Pangboche and continue to Kyangzoma. Approx. 4.5 hours.

DAY
Kyangzoma to Monjo
Trek through Namche Bazaar and descend to Monjo. Approx. 4 hours.

DAY
Monjo to Lukla
Return via Phakding to Lukla, completing the trekking portion. Approx. 4 hours.

DAY
Lukla to Kathmandu
Morning flight to Kathmandu, with time for shopping or further exploration and an evening dinner.
